This clean energy concept is based on the principle of the relationship between temperature and the amount of heat that can be stored within a reservoir or underground. The geothermal energy of a specific area originates from the earth’s crust and from radioactive decay of volcanic materials. This can happen within any geological formation, whether it is shallow ocean bed or rock, underground or even deep within the Earth. Geothermal plants use the heat that is present within the reservoir to generate electricity. It is clean, renewable energy and most importantly it does not pollute the environment. Such a plant has essential components, one of them being Industrial Valves. Find out more at Orseal

In order for a geothermal power plant to generate electricity, there must be a continuous supply of magma for it to absorb below its feet. The source of magma can be found beneath the earth’s surface, but it can also be found in the pockets and crevices where cold underground water freezes. Magma contains melt water, which is basically the frozen energy that is used to heat up the turbine. This is how geothermal energy plants extract energy from the ground; through the freezing of ground water and through the heating of magma.
